| Adjustable reinforced foundation system |

| The Swift Plinth foundation affords the least disruption to your garden and is quick to install too. The system not only uses 95% less concrete than a raft but is reusable too. With each plinth being individually adjustable it is the perfect partner for either a flat or sloping locations. |

| Structurally Insulated Panel System (SIPS) for both walls, roof and when appropriate the floor are constructed from sustainable and recycled materials in a factory environment which means wastage is kept to a minimum. |

If the wall is thick enough we can build houses requiring no heating at all. It is a construction technique that has been around for decades and is now delivering to the house building industry. |
